I am having Android 2.2 based mobile phone and I am not able to access android market via my Gmail Account.
I have called Loop Customer Care and I was told to activate GPRS instead of WAP service.
I activated GPRS then also i was not able to access my Gmail Account. Again I called customer service and I was told to call them from some other number so that they will transfer me to their technical department.
I called them from Reliance Number but they told me their Technical Department is busy and will revert back after 4 hours.
Is this the service given by such a big company.
They are not able to solve my problem from last 7 days.
I have last spoken to their executive name Shadab Shaikh.
I am having the same problem since a long time now (free night time internet-dus ka gang). Everytime I call them up they tell me to call their technical number, which is charged btw. And on top of that they promise to send me some settings which they claim will solve the problems. More than half the time these settings never arrive. And the rest of the times when they do, they're of absolutely no help. It's all very frustrating.
i have sony ericsson xperia x8 phone and i am unable to connect to android market with bpl wap. what to be done please give solution over this problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I will switch to Vodafoe.
I support this complaint that i m not geting internet conection wht r u doing i am fed up wit ur srvice give me net seting
I support this complaint.
I am facing the same issue on Motorola-Android. i have also enabled GPRS plan of Rs 99 per months by sending sms, and its been 2 weeks. I cannot access internet over my phone.
The customer support on 800 or 198 does not pick the call. It seems they terminate the connection instead! Once i got a chance to talk they asked me to contact on a number for technical assistance, and its the same thing. Call terminates on reaching customer support - service desk.
If this is the way things go, I wont even bother about porting number I will just discontinue the number I had since BPL for last 4 years and then write about how LoopMobile provides pathetic service on the WEB. It is getting ridiculously frustrating by the day!
I support this complaint.loopmobile is no 1
Hi Esmail,
I have had issues with the GPRS sometime back and wanted to have it sorted out. In fact I was seeing that they were very active on the social n/w sites(@Loop_Mobile) and were solving many of their queries there. So I also tweeted about my issue and guess what I had someone from Loop Mobile calling me in the next 10 mins.Since then I have not faced any issues with Loop Mobile.
They have surely taken the customer service experience to a new level.
An email communication has been sent to Loop Telecom (BPL) on February 1, 2011, 8:43 pm
