I PURCHASE A LG SPRIT AIR CONDITION FROM LIGHT & SOUND GLAXY S/ADD G-55 LAXMI NAGAR DELHI-110092 ON DATED 22 JUN 2010.
LG SPIRT AC MODEL NO-LSA5AB3 TIN NO- 0********32 SET SR NO-002NLF000155
AFTER PAST ONLY 45 DAYS MY AC COOLING BECOME VERY LESS.I COMPLAINT TO LG CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.BUT THEY CANT REPAIR THIS PROBLEM.I TELL TO LG CUSTOMERCARE FOR CHANGE THIS AC.BUT THEY REFUSE.GUARANTY PERIOD OF THIS PRODUCT IS ONE YEAR.HOW CAN THEY REFUSE TO CHANGE IT. REPUTATED COMPANY LG HOW CAN TOURCHER THEIR CUSTOMER.AFTER THESE INCIDENT HOW CAN PEOPLE BELIVE ON LG PRODUCT.
