Sony Ericsson - Poor and very Slow service support by Sony Ericsson in Delhi

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased Sony Ericsson Yari (U100i) mobile phone on FEB 5 2010 and within 5 month it had few problems like Cannot connect charge, Main keyboard doesn't work and other few problem of connecting.

I gave to the Service Center RT Outcourcing Service Ltd Janakpuri, UG-14, Suneja Tower-II District Center Janak Puri, PH: 011-45272737 on JUL 15 2010 for repair and they said call us after 7 days, it was not ready after 7 days then again i called several times but with no success to get my phone back.

on JUL 15 2010 i emailed support from Sony Ericsson website but till today no reply from them.

I been having a really bad experience dealing with Sony Ericsson's Support from past 25 days.

The problem is not that they have took 25 days and still in process to repair my mobile but the real problem is that they never give a exact date when the mobile phone will be fixed. As they have already missed their 2 due dates when they promise to repair my mobile and give it back to me and today they said it will be done by AUGUST 25 2010 but i feel it is just another wrong promise from the support.

Now they say the parts are not available and goign through on internet i see that they have told the same to countless number of customers.

So they sell mobile phones but have no parts to repair or they have no people with actual knowledge to fix something like this.

They don't provide email or phone of any high official to talk to. and i am left with all the pain due to their irresponsible behavior.

I need my phone fixed with 100% reliability or replace my phone or give my money back.

I have not spend Rs.12000 for phone to use it for 5 month and get it fixed by someone have no knowledge of what they are doing.

So i need Sony Ericsson support to wake up and do what they are suppose to do and not to provide wrong promises to customers.
