Purchased on May 2010.
Facing problem with Remote Audio and Mute Buttons which are non functioning.
Lodged Complaint on july 2010.
Customer Id3003904554.
Problem not yet sorted out.
Today Service rep. visited and informed he can't solve the problem.
Received SMS from Airtel DTH that problem resolved.
Waiting for more than a month.
Complaint No. 3278678 dt 11/07/10.

Request solution of the problem.
