Student - PLZ HELP

sir,
i purchase a spice handset qt 50
but this set is having lots of problems.....
it got switch off automaticly without giving any instruction
even while viewing images or writting the sms........
i m very much disaapointed whit this handset i want a new one
this is a new handset of mine i purchases it before 5 months....
