Airtel Telemedia Services - Please Activate my mobile(9290022302) which is Shifted using MNP

Hi,

I have converted to Airtel from Tata Indicom using MNP on January 26, After that i Have used Airtel without any problems even recharging the balance and calling messaging everything working fine, After 1 month I got call from Airtel for address verification, Then I told the permanent address(I thought we should give address which documents are submitted).


After some day I got message from Airtel that, It says Address verification failed, Your sim will be deactivated.


After 2 days my outgoing calls has been restricted, then I went to Airtel customer care, they have fixed my issue.


After 1 week of time my sim got inactivated , without any signal and calls message, then I went to Airtel Customer case centre at begum pet, They told that Your address verification has failed, Your voice has been recorded, You suppose to give present address but you told the permanent address,

Address miss match occur that’s what your mobile has been PD (Permanently Deactivated),

Then I have asked about alternate, they told that after PD ,it will go to again your original network, enquire in Tata Indicom, I went to Tata indicom main branch told about my situation, they have searched in Database and they told we don’t have your number in Tata indicom debase, Its still with Airtel.


Again I went to Airtel office they are saying we are trying for your number that’s it,


I am going regularly (nearly 20-30 times I went) to Airtel office begumpet (splendid towers); still they are not updating my Status,

What can I do now, Please help me to get my number in either Airtel or Tata Indicom any network, I am thinking unnecessarily I have shifted to Airtel,


I am using this number from last 9 years, i don’t want to change my number, please try to understand my problem. In case of any document needed for fixing my issue ,I will submit.
