Godrej India - Pathetic Services by Godrej Referigerator

Dear Sir,

I have raised a complaint about my fridge cooling & repair to the company service and filed a complaint ( New Complaint No. 901387) with them in the month of Mar ’10.
After a 4 month period also they have not resolved the problem. The company has sent the technician, but he told that he will provide the required part needed in the fridge & that particular part is not availed to us till date.

Because of these I was not able to use refrigerator in summer time, when it at most required to work effectively & I n turn my all Vegetables & food items got spoiled.

Now also, the company is responding to the calls but not sending the respective technician. Every time I have to make a call at your customer helpdesk & no update / callback given by these people. This is the pathetic customer service given by you.

Secondly we have given the cheque (Chq No. 000012 , Kotak Bank) of Rs. 5417/ dated 7th Apr ’10, for Extended Warranty, but we have not received the receipt turn till date.

Kindly see to this problem and provide the respective service on urgent basis.
