Godrej India - Pathetic service for Godrej AC

I purchased 1.6 Ton Godrej AC in March 2009;

While it worked fine for 2009; but by start of 2010 its Compressor became noisy and it was not cooling any more.
I complained to local Support / Service center in Ajmer; Which took their time of 2-3 weeks and replaced compressor -- but most likely they did replaced an old compressor which gave way after 1 month again.
Again I logged the complaint but local support people were simply ignorant they had no clue of what compressor is required in 1.6 ton AC nor do they have any expertise they were verse than local mechanic -- after some follow up they came with one more patch -- which lasted for another few weeks and again same state.
Now I have 3rd compressor within space of 18 months and it is more noisy than any diesel engine. It is not able to cool for even two minutes and have lots of vibration.
Support center is again clue less. Looks like godrej products are of hope less quality and their service center are hopeless.
Now they are demanding charges for replacement which again is absurd;
I never expected it from company like Godrej but looks like it has completely lost its focus on quality and customer service.
