I am travelling in TVC Express (train no. - 16324) from Shalimar to Coimbatore. I am in coach A1 (Ac two) . We boarded at 10.30 and found the compartment full of cockroaches. I complained to the TT about the same and he said he will try to do something in the morning. The attendent was not to be found as ue did not give face towels. In the morning today (30th Jan) when I could finally locate him under a sheet, at first he refused to acknowledge that ue was the attendent, then he asked me to go look for the attendent as he was the patrol staff. When ultimately I could locate the TT the attendent got up. The tain is full of cockroaches, no toilet roll or soap in the western style latrines, and the bed linen are very very dirty.
They refuses to give me the complaint register, and hence I had to lodge this complaint sitting on the train.
Very upset with Indian Railway....

Just now at 8.25 am we reached Khurda rd. station where a cleaner came and sprayed insect repealant..... what a relief ....
