Voltas Limited - pathetic after sales service of your product

Dear Sir,

I purchsed a refridgerator serial no.5210128P09F001741, model no. ht 500dd. purchsed on dt.13/07/2010 on the name of Panditji juice wale, sabzi mandi, ambala cantt. for m/s sharma refridgeration, karnal.

I lodged a complaint (10ju0601908) on dt 6/6/2010 having fault of choking. which has been reminded 14/6/2010, 20/6/2010,23/06/2010, 25/6/2010, and 26/6/2010 simontaenously even on your tollfree no. ie 1800-4254555. a person for service came just for one day for just formelty as he claims himself as imcapable to rectify the fault. i have already 4 deep freezer of carrier and blue star. all are working nicely and up to my satisfaction. but voltas is just like a white elephant for me. which has even imposed loss from melting of my displayed products about more than rs 10,000/= and even still on. Dealer (M/S Sharma Refridgeration, Karnal) has even not extended any satisfactory response in this regard. so plz look this matter into consideration within 4 working days after this mail. i do hope you will not force me to knoct at consumer forum.

Complainant's Goal: i want my product in good working condition or replaced with the new one.
