Hello Seniors,
I hope you all have mind and can think logical.
Appolozise to pronounce this sentance against you!
Please think and change the Rules Accordingly
Here is my complaint:
The Government has given the eticket facilty for the customer's convinience. Now, If the Railway authority uses this facilities against their personal purposes who is the right person to blaim.
If I have purchased the E ticket and if it is waiting then it gets cancelled Automatically. The same rule must be applied if i have purchased the ticket from the Railway Window.
The waiting Eticket's money would be refunded to the bank account of the Applicant and the waiting window ticket would get the refund only by going in person and get the refund from the railway Window.
Here My question comes... If this is only the case why the waiting Railway Window Ticket persons would get preference in the train than the Eticket waiting list passemgers.
If for Example the seats are awailable in the train for any reason e.g. if the passengers who had confirmed seat and didnt reach to the station and for that reason the seat can be available for the another passenger who has the waiting list.
Now, There are two passengers who has waiting list number 3 (Passenger has booked through the E Ticket) and another has waiting list number 10 (who has booked through Railway Window).
Ideally It should be the Waiting list number 3 pessenger who would get the precedence. The Difference is he needs to pay the total ticket amount and extra charges which is applicable.
The In justice is, In the Railway - the officers (TT or other executives) would not follow the same. and give precedence to the passengers who had purchased the ticket from Window.
Kindly think upon the above situation and change the rules and give the same rights and benefits to the E Ticket Purchase Passengers.
Think from your mind and kindly change the existing logic. The officers are unduly taking advantages of this and earning an extra money from the passengers.
Thanks & Regards,
Pooja
