Hi,
I am Gopal and i travel between Delhi to Pune occasionally. Several times during my travel i found that the vendors/hawkers who sells eatable items like cofee/tea/cold drinks on the railway platforms like Agra/Gwalior etc they charge extra (more than MRP). On cross questioning they do not give proper answer and talk rudely to the passengers and says "itne ka hi milega, lena hai to lo".
This is very common at almost all the railway platforms.
On second part, many times i found that the bedding which railway attendent provides to the passengers of AC II Tier and AC III Tier were not up to the mark, they were dirty, torn and seemed pathetic. When we spend a lot of money for travel and facility then we should get proper facilities.
Request you to kindly look into the these common issues.
Thanks,
Gopal
