IRCTC staffs are charging extra bucks for cold drinks and Lassi. On asking they told that they don't have any price chart to follow and can charge what ever they wish. They refused to provide any bill and confirmed that the passengers have to satisfy themselves by cashing out whatever amount is asked by any IRCTC staff.

Complainant's Goal: Want regulation (by authorized price charts) on the items provided by IRCTC.
