Idea Cellular Kerala - Over charged for a 45 seconds call

I have been charged one hundred rupees for a call on the 6th of june for a 45seconds call.
The call was made from my idea mobile 919661963906 at 3.56pm after I had recived a missed call from +43820946021.
This call was made expecting it to be a friend of mine from Canada and unfortunately it was some sort of advertisement.
