My order number is 8016 ordered on 2 july 2017 a Finishing Touch Hair Remover worth USD $24.99 through Net banking.
On 18th July I have received a mail of tracking number but that was not correct after that I have sent them screenshot that tracking number is not correct but there was no response .
I have marked them mail even to refund my money or give me correct tracking number but no response.
On there website wen i have tried to track my order there showing that my order has not been dispatched yet.
Please help me in getting my amount back.

I had ordered a Dermacol concealer. My order #- 4100. The package came to India, I didn't receive any information of it coming. And then, again without any information, it was sent back to Turkey. Since then, I have been writing mails to these people, and a woman named Laura used to contact me via email. Now she has also stopped responding. For the past 15 days, I have been writing emails to them, and there hasn't been any response. I paid from my credit card.
Please someone either help me get my product, or my money back.
I placed an order from this company and received a tracking number which not valid and sent numerous emails but got no response from this company I am very disappointed with this company and just wish they would send the item or refund my money the least they could do is respond to emails but obviously been a fraud company just getting as much money off people,
