casiowatches.online - Online product cheating

I brought one watched from casiowatches.online.but they delivered a toy watch and they charged me Rs.4000.In there site there is no option for refund and resend.i tried to contact them by email but there is no replay.if possible possible please help me to find them. Thank u

Same has happened to me also. I also got a toy watch and I have been sending mails and trying to call, but no response from him. He called from +********3707 and said his name was Kevin while confirming the order
