I brought television on 08 Jan 17 model no 32HIE. Within 6 months i got issues in that television display. I gave a complain on aug month complain no is 1708H2******** registrar mobile no is ********08.
One service executive came to my home and checked my TV. Then He said they ll replace the display in a week time.
It's been 3 months still display is not replaced. When i contacted in customer care number 1********00, they saying part not available. i don't understand if the display is not available means they have replace the TV set right.
