sir i have order a 'combo of samsung 20000 mah power bank wwith 6 port usb smart charger' for a new product with order number 'AWB:12********86' on 18/05/16 and get it on 231/05/16 but when i saw it it iwas old and damage condition sir i have complaind for it but not get any result so please help me
