Temple - Nuisance in the morning

I would like to lodge a complaint against the bursting of crackers early in the morning. It is more like Bombs exploding. We live in Chilavanoor and being close to the water the fire crackers has an echo. This starts at 4 in the morning. My question is there any legal limitation to the amount of noise levels you can have and at what time can you burst the crackers? This is from a temple on the other side of the water.
