Hello Sir, I got call from roozgaar.com website and they said that they will provide job call from company after paying Rs1600. So i Paid 1680 by adding service charges bu using internet banking,later they ask to pay Rs2200 so i said can't pay this mush amount now i already paid money,then i asked for refund of Rs1680 then they said you wont get refund.So Please provide me assistance to get back my money.•

Cancellation Policy
Roozgaar believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: 1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. 2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. 3. Our team will follow up with you "the customer" for 24 hours for pending documents, post which there will be no claim of non delivery and TAT of delivery of product will start from the day the documents are received. 4. Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. 5. In case of receipt of unsatisfied Career Services please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 10 days of receipt of the products. 6. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 7. As informed at the time of placing an order, you are requested to share your updated resume/educational certificates on info@roozgaar.com for timely delivery of services 8. You are requested to share the above documents within 7 days of placing an order. In case you fail to share the documents within the defined timeline, the company will not be held responsible & no refund will be applicable in such scenario 9. Services will be delivered via email on the email Id shared with us at the time of placing an order 10. You are requested to inform us about rectification required on the delivered services within 48hrs via email on info@roozgaar.com, or else it will be considered that you are satisfied with the services and no refund will be applicable 11. You are requested to inform us about the change of email Id or contact number via email on info@roozgaar.com 12. Please feel free to contact us via email on info@roozgaar.com in case you require any clarity on the above mentioned policy. If we do not receive any communication from your end, it will be considered that you have understood and are in agreement with us on the Terms & Conditions. Refund Policy
When you buy our products/services and if you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with the quality of our services, we will work on refund /re-work on the services; however you need to establish the same. Any Refund/Cancellation request will be entertained within 24 Hours of placing the order, however post 24hours we will rework on your service. Refunds are not being provided for products that have already been approved by the customer. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
