Service Point Ltd - I am not satisfy with the Service point company approach towards me.

On March 13th 2009 i had a plan to travel DUbai for some business meeting purpose. I had called Justdial and got some number of company who provide maid for 24 hours wherein i had called those number and contacted few company who was providing maid.

Service point was one of that company i spoke with someone name as Mr. Raj in that Comapny he had commited me i do not require to worrie he wll arrange a maid for me with 48 hours his fees was 3000. I had paid him the Advance of 1500. i called him aftre 48 hours he was nt responding i called on landline the lady Nandini had repond me that mr. raj is in a meeting ur maid is on her way will be reaching by 2 hours time.

From that day till comtinously 6 days nandini was lieing with me that maid wll be there in 15 min her name is xyz. I had booked 3 tickets and cancelled it for them.
Once i called them and told if u could nt arrange it ok bt dnt give me wrong commitment that maid wll be there by evening etc i got maid arrange from another company and i fly for Dubai April 4th 2009.

When i came back to India i called Service point to refund my 1500 rs. they told me u have to wait one month today is 14th May yet i havent recieved my money i do follow up with them atleast 100 calls yet i had nt recieved any amount from there end. at last i send one person to collect my money bcz a lady name neha told me your money is ready nobody is there to come arrange some one bt only 600 they had done some deduction of what i am nt aware and they had never told me anything about any deduction.

Still they had nt gaven money to my person . I am really fade up with these any how i require my 1500 back its my hard earn money.

I request you to take strict action against these Bluffing Company.
