Samsung India - Not satisfied with Samsung customer care, product, and service.

I purchased Samsung Oven last May in 2011 and it stopped functioning since 4 days, smoke started coming out. Warranty period given is 12 months from the date of purchase. I have been calling 080 30308282 since 2 days. Spoken with Sunitha, Sandya, Shibi, Jayashri.. Everytime they apologize for inconvience caused and no further action. No one even bothered to contact me even though they say someone will contact within half an hour. I have made nearly 8 or 9 calls.. on top they will hold my call for so many minutes to contact someone else and keep me waiting. My complaint number is 8439543179.
