Hero Honda Motors - Not Satisfied with Product Service

I have Purchase Splendor Pro bike on 22/08/2011 from Shradha Auto Mobiles (Hero Honda Dealers). From starting i am having Bike Starting and Mileage Problems.I have Complaint for many times and and told these problem during Free service.
Still it is not solved i have visited Service center 3-4 times for these problem.
when i complain for this to Shraddha dealer's Manager behave rudely and told me that we are not responsible for any Service Problem contact service center. Even they are also not allowing me service my bike to another Hero Honda Service center.
Manager just told me you can go to CONSUMER COURT if you want to..
After that i have also complaint to Hero Honda's Gujarat Head Office they suggest me another service center. I have visited three times to new service center still my problem is not solved.
And It is not over After more than five months i haven't received MY RC book from RTO while i have already given all RTO Parsing related Fees to Dealer at time of purchase.Now they are saying i have to go to RTO they can not do anything.
So, I am very much upset with these kind of service.Hope you can do any thing helpful to me after getting my complain.
