Refund of amount not recieved against cancellation:

This is to inform that on my wife Name -Nidhi Garg , I have booked studio apartment( Apartment no: 204 /496 & 497 in Prajay water fronts ( One of the project of Prajay ,Hyderabad ) .As per the agreement total cost of the property is 10 lacs .

Last total installment paid by us was 2.95 lacs .

Since we have not got the pocession of the said project in lieu of the agreement , we have given request for cancellation to the Budiler in Jan ,12 and requested the concerned to refund the amount of 2.95 lacs .

On this ,the builder has acknowledged the request but over 3 months had passed but we have not recieved any intimation on the refund from the builder .We are regularly doing follow up by all communication medium such as phone & email but it is all going into wain .

We request your help to get the refund from the builder & suggest way forward on the same .
