Indane Gas - Not receiving gas cylinder

I am a customer of PL Gas service at Boral, Garia, south 24 Parganas , West bengal, bearing consumer no: 33104 booked my gas on 1/6/2011. booking no 215530 and cash memo no: 6009. the refill gas cylinder has not yet been delivered to me though, the distributors are supplying the customers with booking dates 10/6/2011 and thereafter. this has been continuing for the last four occasions of booking where i had to resolve the matter by going to their office. this is not possible every time. as we have our own scheduled work. please look into the matter and take necessary steps
