A S Job Consultancy - not getting the refundable money

sir ;
i went to a.s job consultancy as i heard they provide job consultant .
in respect of this they take 25000 from me .i been told that
they will refund me the money .
but now they are ignoring me .

I support this complaint.Some,if not many job consultancies and other organisations are cheating people for money promising fake jobs.
