HERO HONDA MOTORS,
THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT I PURCHASED A NEW KARIZMA ZMR ON 09/04/2010 FROM U.S. AGARWAL. I BROUGHT IT TO ALLAHABAD. ITS BODY IS RIGOROUS NOISE, SHOCKERS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, RIDES VERY HEAVY. SITUATION IS SUCH THAT I DONT FEEL LIKE RIDING ITS SO STIFF IN RIDE.... PLEASE KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM BY SENDING A PROPER PROFFESSIONSL MECHANIC TO EXAMINE MY BIKE. PLEASE DO SOLVE MY PROBLEM OR I HAVE TO MOVE TO THE CONSUMER COURT.

i have new black krizma zmr ...it is purchase on 25 july 2010 from rk.mahajan enterprizer jalandhar (punjab) its body is very very noise and..shokers not working properly..rides very hevy and ruff.situation is such that i dont like feel like riding its so stiff in ride..plz kindly solve my problem by sending a proper professional machenic to exmine my bike .plz do solve my problem.or i have move to the coustmer court..

For any complaints in Hero honda Motorcycle contact D Murty (engineer,hhml)– ********80 or Dhonu Routray (Service manager) – ********35 it will be resolved within 1 day

please check if the rear wheel is aligned properly..even i faced the same problem,but now my bike is moving smoothly without unwanted vibrations.
