Rediff Shopping - Not able to log in my rediffmail account

My rediffmail Id : sharadgsm1@rediffmail.com
I am unable to log in my email account in spite of entering correct email Id & password .I have been using rediffmail since april 2002 with same Id .
I tried so many times also with the link secrete question link . That too also not properly working .
The rediffmail may give new password by sms at my mobile ********98 or alternately may give password at msy1@rediffmail.com & also confirm when & who has hacked it .
