Coal India LTD - Non Refund of IPO Application money

Dear Sir,

This has reference to your Application Form No. 45734596 toward the recent IPO of COAL INDIA LIMITED.
I have applied IPO for 150/- of Coal India LTD through the above mentioned application number. But I have neither been allotted any share nor received any refund of application money till today ie,18/11/2010 . I have totally confused and fail to understand the reason for non allotment of share and money being not refunded.

Please note my DD No 806813 from Federal Bank Ltd. So I requestd to kindly refund the amount of Rs.36,750/- in my Saving Bank Account No. 11070100279439 of FEDERAL BANK LTD,Karunagappaly Br, Kollam Dist.Kerala state. as mentioned in your application OR send AN A/C payee cheque to the below mentioned address at the earliest.

Kindly do the investigation for the issue and do the needful to release the refund amount at your earliest.

I had applide for 100 shares of gravita india ipo on 01/11/2010 vide application no1 4975103.I have not received my refund money Rs 1250000 till now. i track speed post on india speed post .co.in as per track recordspeed post delivered at sipri bazar post office Jhansi (UP) I met with sipri bazaar postmaster but as per him no speed post of such no. received at sipri bazaar post office .You are requested to take necessary action to refund amount Rs 12500.00 immediately. detail as per follows
