Indore Municipal Corporation - Non-receipt of property tax & water tax bill

I am a citizen of Sukhdev Nagar, Indore (M.P.)
I want to say that we do not receive our property tax & water tax bills. and beause of this reason we have to pay penalties for the same. Kindly help us in the matter so that we can receive our bills on time..
