Dear Sir,
I SANDEEP NAYYAR from Jaipur applied for my passport through online registration & submitted the application on March 3, 2010 at Jaipur - Rajasthan passport office with file no JPRA00890910.
The police inquiry has been done three months back after which they asked me to submit again the residential details again for verification. The same have also been submitted in July, 2010.
It is matter of regret to mention, I tried to meet the Jaipur passport officer, but he refused to meet & listen. My self is really upset from his ill mannered behavior.
Kindly note the residential address, where I am staying is my own & this house is in my name, purchased in 2004. I am surprised form the the fact for the again & again they have asked to FURNISH 2 PERSONAL PARTICULARS FORMS. DULY COMPLETED, INDICATING THE CORRECT PRESENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
Till date didn't receive any update forms their end.
Will be thankful if you can please enquire & do some necessary action in this regard?
