Free DTH connection along with Set-Top Box not yet received.

I purchased LG Model No.M237WA-PT.ATRZ 58 CM Colour LCD Monitor having Sr No..911NLBU004853 in November 09. I registered the purchase online on 30-11-09. I also received acknowledgement e-mail on 30-11-09 from dthconnection@lgindia.com. Subsequently I sent DD no 488939 dted 31-12-09 payable at Delhi for Rs.199/- as per their instruction in email along with original barcoded lable of the Monitor and photocopy of receipt of purchase etc. as required by them.

I am still waiting for the Set-Top Box and Airtel connected promised by them.
