LoanProposal No. 572/30436 dt. 28-05-2005.Taken a laon of Rs. 25400/- to purchase AC from Vinodh Electronic, Chittoor,A.P. from BAFL . I had Paid Advacne EMI of Rs. 2540/- on 28-05-2005 on spot it self. For the remianing 9 EMIs givern nine cheques Vide No.

7) 334577 dt 5-1-06 8) 334578 dt. 5-02-06 9) 334580 dt 5-3-06 . Each cheque carries Rs.2540/- of Syndicate Bank, Chittoor. All the nine cheques were cleared by the Bank and debited in my account and the amount was sent to BAFL. Debitinbg entries were made in my SB Pass Book. As such I have cleared all the laon amount and asked for NOC in the month of May 2006. BAFL did not reply. In December 2009 I received a call from BAFL that 4 EMIs are due from me. I made enquiry in Tirupathi Branch of BAFL . They had verified my account and gave me statement to the effect that all the EMIs were received and there is no due from me and they would send me the NOC soon. But they did not do so. Later in April 2011 I receved a call from a lawyer from chennai to pay the due amount wioth interest . I asked them to send a nitice to me if I am really due. when I gave all my payment details to the lawyer of Chennai thay kept quiet. Recently another lawyer from Delhi called me on phone and said that an arrest warrant.So that I can file a suit against BAFL. He too did not respond. In this manner without sending me any notice BAFL is harasing and torturing me unnecessarily through their advocates . No one is givinmg any notice to me either Pune or Tirupathi offices or any lawyer. Hence I request you kindly help me in making BAFL to verify their accounts and issue me NOC for my cleared laon.
