Godrej Interio - Non delivery of the product-Godrej Interio storewel model-2(Russet colour)

I had booked a godrej storewel model-2(russet colour) worth of Rs\- 16660 & curvilieneer mirror worth Rs\-1690(totalbill is-18350 vide bill_no-31381 dated 28/8/2010 through credit card payment) on aug 28,2010 from a dealer in Godrej interio & Boyce MFG.co.ltd, abids, hyderabad ,andhra pradesh. I was told that i would get the delivery within 30-40 days. Within these 40days, there was no communication and then after 40days, when i contacted them, they told me that it will take 1 more week and later they began to say that the vehicle with the material has started from the factory (i.e., from Mumbai) and it will be deliverd by 4th nov 2010.After 4th nov they forcely requesting us to take another storewel model. From last few days, I have been trying to get hold of some one, but no one is responding properly. If the receptionist picks up, she keeps saying that someone will be contact you regarding this issue.
This is really funny , even after two months, of paying full payment and waiting for delivery of the product .Its really a shame to see that such a brand name called "Godrej" is being devaluled by the dealer.Anyways, i am planning to get my money back as early as possible and will try not to buy any godrej consumer durables in future.
