Sri Annai Organics & Naturals, Adayar, Chennai.
I have made a advance payment of Rs. 155/= (Rs. 120 + 35 courier) arrangement on 23rd May, 2011 (payment post forwarded on 23rd May) and acknowledged the receipt of pay by myself over cell phone on 30th May, 2011. In the same day, the representative of Sri Annai Organics and Naturals told me that they done the courier already to my address at Thrissur. The courier hasn\’t reached me until 03rd June, 2011, I made a query call to them, but unfortunately, they are not interested to attend the call.. Unfortunately, I made many calls to them to touch the status, but most of the time they responded like \”busy call us later\” or switched off the cell phone equipment. Now I realized that I am cheated by this vendor.. I just want to know how can I make a complaint to the TN Police or such authorities either to recover the money or the ordered product range…
Pls beware the organization, b\’coz it is a cheating one ….
