GQ Magazine - Non Delivery of GQ Magazine (India Edition)

Hi,
I have subscribed an yearly subscription for GQ Magazine since Jan 2010, My problem is I have to repeatedly follow up with the GQ Magazine help desk for magazine delivery.

Every month they promise the magazine would be delivered on time (1st Week of the month) but it has not happened till date.

a) For the month of April, I received magazine in May Mid.
b) For the month of May, I am yet to get the magazine.
c) For the month of June, Yet to hear

I have complained them many times and requested them also to close my subscription in case they are unable to deliver me on time. In News Stand magazine is available by first week of every month. I receive the magazine either end of the month or mid of next month.

Sent Mails to the GQ (gq@direxions.com) but no response. Please help me in resolving the current issue.
