On behalf of my Parents :
I booked ticket in swatantrata senani train No 12562 on date 1 dec 2011 with PNR No. 2328961553. It was waiting list 4 and 5 at the time of booking for journey on 24 jan 2012 from new delhi to ballia to attend a very urgent function.
Due to the waiting list I moved for a secondary option i.e. booking at sadbhawna for the same journey on the same date . I got confirmed ticket but I wish not to go with this train as this remains normally late and I may even miss the function.
Even today the waiting list of swatanrata senanani express come to 2 and 3 depressing me a lot. In my past experience I saw that the waitinglist of this train is clear in bulk at the time of chart preparation only. My question is “whether all bookings are cancelled at the time of chart preparation or it is not shown in real time to ease the agent to book the ticket and make more money .
The passenger like me is bound to go for sadbhawana canceling ticket at swatantrata senanai which leaves delhi prior to even chart preparation time of swatantrata senani .
Please look in to the matter and reply soon as my journey date is tomorrow
