South Western Railway - Non availability of TCs in Hubli-LTT (17317) express trains.

I was traveling from Belagavi (BGM) to Lokamanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) on 26th Jan, 2015 in Hubli ­ LTT (17317) express. Since my ticket (PNR: 4********5) was in RAC (S3 71) after chart preparation, I was waiting for TC to get confirmed birth if available. To my surprise TC never turned up for the whole journey and I have to travel on sharing basis with co passenger on the same birth. During conversation with other passengers, who travel frequently in that route, revealed that they find TC rarely in that train. Even Police personal was also absent that day. Please find the reason of absence of TC and police staff in that train. I request you to take appropriate action if found guilty, so that passengers wont face difficulties in future.

We ,3persons , were travelling from SECUNDERABAD to GADAG BY TRAIN NO 17320 on 4/2/2018. And had to face the following bitter experience .
1) The A1 coach was locked till 15-30p.m (dep at 15-40). and we had to wait on platform only
2) There was naattendent& after searching for more than 15 min., he came at switched a.c.around 16 hrs. The coach was dirty with mosquitos & insects. Toilets were not cleaned &
Phenol was simply sprinkled. As such we had coach, cold and body pains .
3) after, Hotagi Jn , when loco reversed, all unlawful persons were allowed into the A1 coach.
4) On 6/2/18 , when we tried to give complaint in Gadag station , the DYSS ON duty did not allow us to write in the complaint book available, and suggested to make complaint in HUBLI.. AS such we were forced to cancel our return journey on9/2/18. and returned from
Belagavi . By 11304 Kop- hyd exp. We request that such bad experience will not repeat in future. Our Pnr nos. for Sc -UBL exp 464-9755823. Our Pnr no for11304/Kop-Hyd exp. ********5. P.S. Raju
