I purchased Nokia N8 in November 2010. I used it rarely. I used to charge it regularly. Last week suddenly it failed to work with no display and response at any commands. Nokia Authorized Service Centre in Nagercoil said that they will send it to New Delhi for repairs and it will take more than two weeks. When I asked them for a stand-by Nokia N8, they refused. I cannot understand why a reputed company like Nokia is selling it's Products with defective Power Supply System or defective Battery. If Nokia doesnot improve in the quality, it will loose customer confidence drastically.
Complainant's Goal: Service the Mobile Phone the same day or give a stand-by Phone of same type
