Nokia India - Nokia Caree - Gulati Communications

My name is Surendra Singh. I was using a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music which was purchased from The Mobile Store Limited, Sahibabad Ghaziabad. 201005 on 17/01/2009. The mobile was working till may 25/05/2009. On next day when i was using the mobile the phone screen was sudenly got some lines and display got disturb. Then i visited to Nokia Care center Gulati Communications 90, Bhagat Singh Market New Delhi, on 30th of May and they said the handset need to send our head office for repair and it\'ll take 12 days time(12 June 2009) period to get it fixed.

On 12th of May when i visited to the center they handed me my handset and said your problem is fixed and your handset is working but when i place my bettery and sim on phone and I found that my phone camera is not working. Strange it was working before and there was no problem in it. When i notice it to them they again checked it and said we need to send it again to our headoffice and again they asked for 12 days time (24th June 2009) frame. When i talked to customer care cneter of nokia they said your handset need to be under observation for 3 days and they said to wait till 29th june 2009 and I said OK. On 29th when i called to nokia care they said that handset is replaced and sended to nokia care on 25th june 2009. Now the situation is that when i called to nokia care they keep repeating that your handset is on transit and we are waiting for it when i called to nokia customer care they told me that your handset is delivered and please check with nokia care. I am still waiting for my phone. So I kindly request to consumer court to help me in thin matter and provide me some clam from the above company what i have got loss in my business.

Nokia Coustomer care is in banglore and i have to call each time on STD number and they put me hold for 10-15 mins everytime. My phone is still there so i m not able to check my emails and all on the way due to this i m getting lose in my business. I am fed up with keep calling them and getting the same reply. I want to bring them on court and i want to take a proper action against them.

Nokia have a very poor customer care service. I hate Nokia products. We should ban them in india.
