IIBPS Institute Indore - No response in sending the NOC, & Fees receipt from the Institute

With reference to the previous mails & SMS & Phone calls, regarding request for the sent parcel as per IIBPS Institute, Regional Head Mr. Rohit Jain, send the Docket No. and date.

I made several calls & SMS / E-mails, but no response, even today at 3:55pm I made 2 to 3 times call but no response. Only I receive a return mail that mail Received. Its became 2 months for which I didn't get my NOC, Fees receipt, and the some pending books as Mr. Rohit Jain, Regional Head, IIBPS Institute, Indore (the fees, pending due amount was deposited in SBI bank, from Raipur of Rs.22,500/-) on his request for immediate clearance of the marksheets hold with him. As he told Parcel was sent through Madhur Courier to Raipur. But till day I din't received / reached to Raipur. Even though I requested him if not yet parceled, kindly make send it immediately as its 2 months till day I didn't receive it nor a proper/Nill response from your side. I am really worried as Mr. Rohit Jain is not replying through email or SMS or phone calls. Kindly help me to solve this problem.
