मैने भी 100 वर्ग गज प्लाट के लिए एक लाख रु कंपनी को दिए थे। लेकिन कंपनी का कोई पता नहीं चल रहा है। हम सब मिल कर क्या कर सकते हैं ?

I, Ranjan Shrivastava, was also one of the investors for plot in Tridev City by ALKA INDIA PVT. LTD.
Although this seems to be a fraud company, I still want to know if there is anything we can do to get our invested money back?

I have also booked the 100 sy plot at Alka India and deposited the 1 lac Rs but their office has been closed and no body is picking the phone i request you to all if any updation please inform me .

Hey Guys i have heard that their owner has been arrested. so how can we get our booking amount back. Do we need to file a case or any other action.

I have filed a cheque bounce case in court against Alka India Pvt. Ltd. Now the date will come to issue Non bailable warrants or summon against the Rattan Lal and Alka India Pvt. Ltd. Company.

i have been also cheated by them. let us make a collective effort to catch them and complain against them. no body is above law.

Atleast 6-7 people are there on this page, if we unite we can fight. I know Rattanlal was trying to do some business in south India. I have spoken to RP and tried to call Diwakar but could not reach him. Kanchan, Raj bahadur and Sanjeev has not given their contact detail.
