Vizag Tourism - No Refund on cancellation from Vizag Tourism

I paid 14000+Tax for one of the tour package, but i couldnt make go as per the plan and as per the contract, I intimated them about the cancellation as per the plan. As per the contract, I can get all the 90% amount back if initimated 2 weeks before the tour package, which I did.
I have written almost 7-8 mails, called them 3-4 times, but they are not returning back my money.
PLease help!
