we five friends purchased dell inspiron in the last year. After the guarantee period lot of complaints started. Now we are spending huge amounts for the repairment of our laptops. complaints started to all the laptops. we approached the dell office for the same. they were compelling us to take extra guarantee by paying 13000 for one year. already i spend around 40000 for buying and need to pay 13000 for the extended guarntee.How the company people can think like that? squeezing the customers for the money? so please dont buy dell inspiron models. dell is charging more amount form the customers for the services. it should not be promoted. Hp , acre, toshiba and all giving nice services to the customer with the affordable prices
