This is with regards to worst services provided by Honda Motors (Two wheeler). I handed over my bike in JKM Leela Honda, Vijay nagar Ghaziabad for change of Clutch Plate & some other related repairings. Since last 1 week they are hanging me and making fool that it will be done tomorrow or day after or so.
They do not have parts available for the bike which they launch in the market and which cost to the customers approx more than 50,000/-.
My question is if they didn't have capacity to arrange for the parts why they launched their product?
My second issue is; my fuel meter is not working since february 2011 or so. i mentioned this several times to the JKM Leela Honda and every time they mentioned that material is not available. They were trying to convince me that u have two years warranty then why to worry? even today after 6 months my fuel meter is not replaced. when i said that please write at least a written complaint or give me any reference no. for this purpose, then they denied the same and said that i should keep following the agency and there is no concept of providing any such reference number untill i submit my bike in agency.
Now, i am left with only option to give a legal Notice to Honda for the problems and cost i incurred due to mismanagement of the company.
Dear Honda management please treat this Complaint as last formal Complaint. if problem is not solved within three working days then i will be forced to talk only in legal language.
Hope you will be looking the matter very seriously and will niot let me take legal steps.
