Indian Railways - No food available in Rajdhani.

My Name is Zoobi Amir and I am traveling with my friends in Ranchi Rajdhani, train no. 12454 from New Delhi to Ranchi on 8/12/2011, My PNR no. is 2657546368, and my couch is A1, seat no. is 22.

While the train is late for 4 to 5 hours and its noon, no lunch is served and there is no other provision of food here, I am diabetic and I have a severe problem, I have to take food according to my medical prescription. While they are not providing food, there is no provision of buying food for one. what can a passenger do about that?

My complaint is that in the case of delay in arrival of the train there is no provision of food even in Rajdhani.
