Bangalore City Police - No action on Mobile phone lost complaint

I had lost my mobile at Babusapalya Bus stand on 24th May 2011 at around 09:15 am. The mobile phone details are as follows:

IMEI Number: 354627043392937
Model: Samsung Wave S8500
Service Provider: Vodafone
Mobile No. of lost mobile: 9886518720

I had registered a complaint at Banaswadi Police Station within 1 hour of losing.

I had visited the police station for more than a month almost daily. After that they told that I would be contacted on my phone number, but so far they have never contacted me.

Please do the needful to recover my mobile.
