I opted for Matrix when i went to the UK recently and they have a wonderful service. I had difficulty in setting my network to T-Mobil and I had emailed them my concern.. Since I had my cousins alternate number which I shared with them, they called me on that number, took me through setting up the network so that my data would work too and they actually just took 5 minutes time to help me set it up.. Post which to check if it was working or not, they called me on their matrix number and confirmed the same! I honestly wasn’t expecting this but I am really glad that I chose matrix sims for my travels.. Truly connected! Thanks team
