BMTC is running 500DG buses from Hebbal to Kadugudi via garudacharPalya. Thhough they display the route board, these buses never run upto Kadugudi. They stop at Big Bazaar or ITPL. These buses are very helpful to go to Kadugudi. Request the BMTC to investigate why these buses are not running upto Kadugudi (500DG) and make sure they run up to the destination and take proper action on the bus stop who are voilating this.

On Dec 4th, the bus(500DG) in which I was travelling stopped at ESI and asked us to get down take our own/other transport to reach our destination. Reason given was that it was heavy traffic and they want to go back. I can identify the culprit driver and conductor. Please take stingent action on them.
When I posted this complaint on myBMTC, (Ticket number 5044)they closed it saying no such route exists. If they stand on Outer Ring Road they get to see the 4-5 buses with 500DG from 9-9.15AM everyday. So irresponsible!!!
Regret that grievance cell is also hopeless.

Please provide the connectivity from TC palya /Akshay Nagar to ITPL, SilkBoard, Hoskote, Hebbal, Jayadev Hospital etc.
This area looks very near to high way/ ring road, but commuters are heavily depend on autos to reach some junction points and they are paying heavy amounts for these autos.

Complainant's Goal: To make BMTC staff to follow the route
