We had worked permali Wallace pvt Ltd of boundary wall construction work, while qualifying tender and after letter of intent regarding boundary wall construction work they deposit 70000/- Rs as a Earnest money of tender, then we started work at thier site, after few month they have decided to make changes they know whatever the actual reason stand behind that, then they denying to work longer that suffers work completion duration as well as our investment. We submitted bill of approximately 10950520/-Rs dated 13/12/12. Then they delaying and giving soon satisfaction of paying bill. But until today 29/03/17 they don't pay a bill amount as well as our security deposit also.
We having all authentic documents which proofs that they are wrong.
